If i was GM of the Flames i would send the team away and only have motocross racing and monster truck shows in the saddledome for Kael. I don't watch hockey, so i wouldn't need them. :) man would kael like that. Guess if i send them away, they wouldn't need me either. Anyone have the Classifieds?

In responces to the question of the day,
What would I do if I were the Flames coach?
Fristly, I find it amazing how easy it is for everyone to be a be a arm chair coach. I listen to the radio and hear all these guys with their options on who is shity and who is doing what wrong.
Bottom line is this. Anyone at that level of sports regardless of what your role they are in DOES NOT WANT to lose. And when you get into a rut it's seems hopeless. Some of us fall back on old habits others continuing doing the same thing over and over hoping for a different result.
I would CHANGE IT UP! the times of each practice, the make of each line, the type of training, the mood of the practices. Sometimes the odds things can pull you out of a rut or give you a different prespective on things.
We need to reliaze that these guys have done this for years and they know what to do to be winners, sometimes the puck doesn't bounce in the right direction.
Letting players and coaches go does one thing immediatley, it CHANGES THINGS UP! Knowing this, why not save yourself all that trouble by "CHNAGING IT UP!" before going that road.
The sign of a good leader is one who can have the courage to do something that is not of the norm and live on the skinny braches.
Amazing things happen while sitting on the skinny braches.
That's my two cents.

"Karen" she's cheap to date. Only wants a ball and a wall to get off on.
I knew right away i didn't want to stay long.
9:51 and she is kicked to the curb.
Thanks Mike for helping me getting her out of my place.
