Started my new set of workouts today, my arms are going to hurt like crazy after all of these, i have a feeling.

Push Press, 5-5-5-5-5, 120sec rest
Loads: 65lbs, 70lbs, 75lbs, 80lbs, 85lbs

I probably could have done better but injured my back last Saturday working out and so was a little on the cautious side. I must now take a few days off :(
