This was a tough one as my lower back is still very sore from deadlifts yesterday, but my times were all better than last time I did this workout by an average of 1.5-2 seconds.

Lats were still sore from Saturdays and Mondays wod plus I tore my LH on round 16 which made gripping the chin-up bar difficult.

Seriously disappointed with this time, i can do so much better then this.

Felt i needed to make up for my poor showing on the rower with doing 50 situps for time: 2:20

Note, i did have a small amount of pasta last night for dinner, i think that play a roll in my rowing abilities today.

Felt really good going into this one, not tired or dragging anything. Thanks to Lisa and gino for the help with the grunting on the last sets of deadlifts.

Feeling really tired lately and dragging my ass, i was really not wanting to do anything. Now is about when i give up.

row sprint 500m (4)
15 DB Swings - 30lbs (i prefer these over kettlebell swings)
rest two minutes.

Here it goes, my first offical WOD posting :)

Assisted chin-up (8-12 reps x 4 sets)- 13, 10, 8, 8
Assisted dips (8-12 reps x 4 sets)- 10, 9, 10, 8
Sprint row 500m x 3- 2:12/2:03/2:09

Just couldn't go 100% on the last row :( something to work on...
