Yesterday's WOD:
Row sprint 1000m (3) - 4.20/4.35 last record
50 Box Jumps - 2.25/2.30 last record
50Push Ball - 2.58/4.35 last record

I will not liar but i had to break my 1000m row with a 30 sec break.I was so going to throw up.500m(2.04)(2.16).This week has been bad week with my eating and resting times.Will do better next week...

24:17 - Paced this one a little too much. Still had some wind at the end, but shoulder didn't have a lot of strength in it.

Next time will be close to the 20:00min mark.
