Tif's Wed WOD

5 minute of rowing at 50% (2:30 pace)
4 x 3 min rowing at 50% then 3 min rowing at 90%(2:00 pace)
5 min of rowing at 50%

Total Rowing was 34 minutes and rowed 7141 meters. Last set of 3 minutes at 90% I had a hard time keeping up to pace and was at 2:09 instead so could have done more meters.

Glad that one is finished.

Thanks Tif and Todd for taking the time to help
set it up - it worked great. The ones I felt ok about gave me grief like the kb swings. Can't do double unders so did 115 single skips - plus a couple extra's.
