10 Wall Balls - 20#/10#
10 Russian KBS - 24kg/16kg

Time will be gained and lost during your transitions.

Get the set started, and hold on until you're done.

Tif's Tuesday WOD- was a tough one since I had the flu all weekend, but Mike kept me on pace! Thanks Mike don't know how to control 75% effort! HEHE

3 Rounds for time: 26:34 was about 40 second slower, but Mike made me stop and check my pulse a couple times.

1000 meter row @ 75%
100 Double Unders @ 75%
30 walking lunges

Feeling it now and not feeling so great.
Good Job Todd you did great!
