5 rounds for time:9:23 min and last time was 12:41. Was stronger on hand stand pushups and wall balls.
5 HSPU to 55lbs Plates
10 Wall Balls- 20lbs to 9ft line
15 GHD Sit-ups

Was a good workout and felt strong.
