Tif's Monday WOD- Forgot to blog yesterday
20 Minutes AMR- 6.75 so its an improvement as I only did 6.25 last time. But it sucked I should have done it on Saturday when I had a good week of working out. Plust I didn't sleep well. Ok enough excuses I just sucked.
10 walking lunges 25lbs/hand
10 press- 45 lbs
10 push jerk- 45 lbs
10 pushup burpees- Darren showed a new form was good till I got tired then all went to crap.
My arms/shoulders wer so tired after I didn't know what to do with them.
Back at it tomorrow in Edmonton today :(
Tif, I was wondering how your burpee technique worked for you. Keep it up!!

I want to bake this,Gluten Free and Dairy Free Cranberry Nut Bread from Elanas Pantry... Recipe requires coconut flour, can I use almond flour instead...will it work...its just i have some almond flour and want to use it up...
