time: 6:04 (last time 4:27, without GHD situp day. Crazy GHD's)

Disappointed with sit-up time :(

Note: last one push-up took 30sec. not sure how many attempts i needed, Lisa could tell you. All i felt was anger that my arms would not lock out!!!! Stupid Arms!!!

Todd's attempt on last push up (7) the last 3 i was sure he was going to make it, good push though Todd.

felt better after a couple day's off. Didn't set any records today, but had a really good workout.

lied on the floor for at least 20min trying to recover.

Haven't felt like that since regionals in May.

Was dig deep day here in Edmonton! Have a really bad shooting pain in my back, but sucked it up and got to Golds Gym.
For time.
2000 meter row-set on 3= 8:56 mintues
35 pushup burpees total time with row 12:39.

The last five burpees I am sure I looked like a total freak show, but whatever!
