Push Press - 115 X 10 for 4 set last set 120 X 10
2 mins - 70 DU'S
2 mins - 80 Jumping Chins
1 min - 40 DU'S
1 min - 12 PUB'S (I LOVE PUB'S :-0 )
Great Video!!! Luv the look of intensity of OPT at the end.
Need to take that to my workout...
My guess for the most common phrase used in the office:
F--k--g A--h--e.
WOD
As many rounds in 20 minutes:
10 Dbl Unders
10 Knees to Elbows (after 2 rounds, modified to Sit-ups, due to Tuesdays brain fart)
10 DB Thrusters (20lbs in each hand)
Total: 11 plus 5 Dbl Unders
I know i had to modify but, i have to roll off my back to my stomach and push myself up, as my abs will not pull my torso off the floor.
put a fork in me.
out
Guess on most over used phrase.
"We can do it!!!"
WOD
AMRAP Kneeling push ups in 1min
i think 12 but i stopped counting woops
Rest 3 mins
Row 3000 metres
time: 15:00min flat
(last time i rowed for 15mins and did 2806 metres, definitely improved)
Most over-used phrase in the office "i will try"
