A1. Bench Press, 6-6-4-4-4, 180 sec

A2. Chin-ups, AMRAP x 5 sets, 180 sec (kipping, strict, or assisted)

B. Tabata DB Thrusters - 25/15


Post loads for bench press and reps for chin-ups and tabata score to comments.

Make sure you rest for the entire 3 min during A!/A1.

Tif's Friday WOD

A1 Power Clean, 1-1-1-1-1-1 180 rest (115, 120, 125, 130, 135 failed 3 times, 135 completed :)
A2 Bench Press 2-3 x 6 sets 180 rest (100-3, 105-3, 110-3, 115-2, 115-2, 115-2 and todd had to help.

B1 GH Raise 6-10 reps x 3 sets 90 Rest (8, 7, 10)
B2 Ring Dips, AMRAP x 3 sets (1,0,1)

Was a good workout.
