The Chicken or the Egg?

I wonder....

Are there specific patterns of behaviour within people that get sick? Are there specific patterns of behavior within people that seldom get sick?

Try to notice when you get "sick". Are there any repetitive patterns leading up to your illness?

Try to notice people that seldom get sick. What do you notice about them?

So, I ask:

Are we not working out because we are sick, or are we sick because we are not working out?

Thoughts?

All I can say is that I feel a lot better when I've done a workout.

I agree with Jessie, no matter how shitty i feel, once i work out i usually feel at least 10 times better (may not feel it right away but by the end of the day i do!)

For me, putting extra hours in my PT job, leaves me tired with very less motivation to work out which makes me feel sick.
So i feel sick when i dont work out...

OMG so much for a relaxing weekend, I wont be able to move!!!! ( but i feel better now that i've done it!!! :) )

WOD:
Cousins - 14# highest i could throw was about 3 ft below the mark!!!!! ha ha its sad i know!

TGU - 10#, i tried for 15 but couldn't put it above my head, so i figured I would do it properly than have a weight so heavy that I couldn't do it.

Tif Sat WOD-

5 minute row @ 50% (2:30)
4 x 3min row @ 50% (2:30) and 3 minutes at 90%(2:05)
5 min row @ 50 % (2:30) = 34 mintes and 7043 meters.

Still feeling a bit sick and didn't have much strength as last time I did 7150 meters. Better next time.
