Tif's Thursday WOD-
A1-Push Press 5-4-3-2-1 started at 75lbs
75-85-95-100-110x2 for last one as I didn't like my form on the first attempt.
A2- Chin-ups with weight 1-1-1-1-1 started at 15lbs-20-20-25-25 last one was very hard.
B1- Bench Press 2-3 x 4 sets started at 95lbs
95-3, 105-3, 110-3, 115-2
B2 kipping practice
Friday WOD- was dreading this workout, but I had a plan in place to focus on long strides and counting my pulls. All four have to be under 2 minutes. Last time I went super hard the first one and second and last two couldn't do it.
500 meter=1:57
rest 2 minutes
500 meter=1:58
rest 2 minutes
500 meters=1:59.2
rest 2 minutes
500 meter=1:59.9
I probable could have gone harder, but I wanted to stick to my plan to see if it worked. I am happy with result, but next time will do it different.
