for some reason i felt like do an extra round on the situps apparently (WTF). mys tomach is in so much pain, it originally was from trying Ghd situps and then that Tabata ugh brutal.

Tif's Monday WOD-was a nice way to get back into it after a week off and feeling like crap.
A1-Press 3-3-3-3 with 120 rest (did 65lbs-3, 75 lbs-3, 80lbs-3, 80lbs-3)
A2- Prontated Chin-ups AMRAP x 4 sets (did 6,6,6,4)
B1 Push-ups (Narrow/Med/Wide)AMRAP x 3 sets (did 12,11,13)
B2 Knees to Elbows AMRAP x 3 sets (10,10,10)
C1 DBexternal Rotation 8-12 per arm x 3 sets (did 11 per arm)
My chest was sore on Tuesday.
Tuesday WOD- was dreading this one.

25 KBS-24KG-did straight
50 unanchored situps- did 30 and then had to do 5 at a time. BOOO :(
Row 1000 meters=4:24 and my legs were killing me. Could have pulled a bit harder.
Finally finished my workouts now for the second round of them can only get better. YEH :)
