Tif's WOD Monday at Golds Gym-
Front Squats (5,5,5,5,5)- 3 minute rest
Loads 95-5, 105-5, 105-5, 110-5, 110-5 last set was really tough.

DB Split Squats 3 sets of 6-8reps 15lbs per hand- 60 second rest between legs
8 Both Legs, 8BL, 8BL

Russian Step-ups 10lbs per hand 3 sets of 10-12 reps- 60 second rest per leg.
13 BL, 12 BL, 12 BL

I had to walk and pick up car and my legs were pretty wobbbbbley!

Afternoon workout, what a difference.

Snatch Balance - 105lbs

OH Squats - 175lbs

Hang Squat Snatch - 135lbs

Shoulders are stiff.
