Did the group workout today, my legs are still burning a bit, thanks Mike it was awesome.

Had my assessment today, looking forward to starting my new workouts on Saturday. Not to happy with my results on my assessment but was glad to see that Vegas didn't hurt me as much as i thought it would. Although looking for food ideas for suppers as that is where i seem to want the biggest variation. Any one have some good recipe ideas send them my way!
