Legs felt very heavy today, otherwise everything felt good.

A. Deadlifts, 5-5-5-5-5, 120sec rest
5 - 125lbs
5 - 145lbs
5 - 155lbs
5 - 165lbs
5 - 175lbs

B. Push Press, 6-9 reps x 3 sets, rest 120sec
1 - 70lbs (9 reps)
2 - 75lbs (8 reps)
3 - 80lbs (6 reps)

C. Front Bridge, AMSAP x 3 sets, 60sec rest
1 - 61sec
2 - 51sec
3 - 46sec
Total - 158secs

Definitely my best go around for this workout ever, i am sure my shoulders maybe in rough shape tomorrow but on the whole feeling great!

I feel I did much better on this workout. I will check back in history. My last squat to ball at the end was 45 so I got in 6 more.
