Here are the WOD's for this upcoming competition

Saturday

Sweeney is not competing this year, and Mike has a bye into the National Regional Comp.

However, one of our suppliers will be leaving it all on the floor.

Low Incline DB Press, 6-10 x 4 sets, rest 60secs
8 - 25lbs/arm

One Arm DB Row to hips, 6-8/arm x 4 sets, rest 60sec

I increased my weight on both my inclines and DB rows from last workout so very happy with that. Also exicted to see my row was below 1:50 on my sprints, I don't think i have ever seen it that low, YAYA!

Tomorrow rest day, Starting my 3rd round of workouts on Saturday.

I am thinking of doing a body cleanse... i have never done one...there are so many different kinds available.... how do i choose the right one....

I would love to do more herbal kind....

I have a great veggie detox that was rx'd to me by my naturopath.

I could walk on water when I was done...
