B. GHD Situps, 5 reps x 5 sets (1 more set added)

C. KBS 25lbs 14reps x 5 sets (2 reps added)

I did the first part wrong - I did all the deadlifts then all the push-ups. Should have alternated. Realized when on my last rep of deadlifts so had to carry on.

Good work on floor today Arti and Allison.

Row 500m sprint * 3sets for time
(2.08/2.09/2.16)

20" *20reps box jumps(this was to give Allison company on her box jumps)

All my times were better than last record, so feeling good. I realised my back did not hurt after my deadlift...that's a good thing right???

Saturday WOD:
10 Rounds for Time:
7 Push Press
7 Wall Balls - #8 to 9ft

Time:13.08 (16.28 last record)

Goal was to keep in below 15mins...woot woot...i got it....
