You can see this creature in a zoo, but it just doesn't compare to having it appear in your own back yard....

Russian Step Ups - 14" box AMR in 4 minutes (alternate leg after each 5 reps)

really tried to push myself on my step ups to get more then 80 but just didn't seem to get there. Happy that i am increasing on my bench press although i had to roll the bar off of me on my 4th set, this is why you need a spotter when doing bench presses i guess.
