Wow!!!

Gabriel Bourque scored three goals and added four assists as Canada opened the 2010 world junior championship with a 16-0 rout of Latvia on Saturday. Bourque's seven point outburst tied Team Canada's record for scoring in a world junior game.

Do you curb the enthusiasm, or do you let the players go for it?

Wow is right! What a couple days of xmas will make you do! hahaha.

Were at the guest house for the last couple days. Makes it a bit harder to stay the course when you are a guest at someones house, but all in all did the best i could to eat sensible.

Dec 24th
Had family chinese take-out. Stayed away from alot of sugar sweet sauces. I guess to be fair a guy should claim let's say 2 cheats for the sauce, what there was of it, on the ginger beef. Stayed clear of the rice and stuck to green beans, bok choy, shrimp, calimari and sipped on aqua for dinner.
later in the evening i will take another 2 cheats for the red wine i did have while game night went on.

Cheat total: 4

Dec 25th:
Once again being a guest i was required to sacrifice 2 cheats for the whole wheat modifed french toast, rasberry, egg and cream cheese bake, for which was breakfast.

had almonds or cashews and aqua throughout the day. Feeding times were not up to pair for the program.

Supper Dec 25th:

turkey
mashed turnips
small portion of mashed potatoes
roasted carrots

cheats: 2 more (potatoes and dessert)

Cheat total: up to 8

Dec 26th:
Shrimp n spinach w/ rice (didn't get out of bed til after noon)
1 cheat (rice)

supper:
ceasar salad
1/2 baked potatoe w/ real butter
1 cheat (potatoe)

Total cheats thus far: 10

Dec 27th:

Made it thru the what i knew was going to be the difficult days of the holiday. Back on track and have the food intake in my control again. All good feeling grand.
