Get up: 7: 55 a.m.
Open presents: 8:19 a.m.
Eat breakfast: 9:02 a.m.
First munch on chocolate: 8:39 a.m.
Family argument: 9:58 a.m.
Tell off the kids: 11:07 a.m.
Time of first alcoholic drink: 11:49 a.m.
Sit down for Christmas dinner: 3:24 p.m.
Play board games: 5:46 p.m.
Finally hit the sack: 11:39 p.m.
MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYBODY!!

Ok so fought a bit to get to the gym but, we made it.
WOD
Overhead Squats rnds x 3 (15 reps)
1. 45lbs
2. 50lbs
3. 55lbs
(no gigglin, have you seen my shoulders!!) :)
+
Reps 50, 40, 30, 20, 10 for time
Jumping Chin-ups
Box Jumps (14")
(50 of each, 40 of each....and so on)
Time: 8:22.92
After the workout, was so glad i drug my ace to the gym. Rest of the day was great!!

Get up at 7:10 in my chritmas pjs.
Tip back my first coffee & Baileys 7:15 am.
7:30 open gifts.
7:45 tip back my second coffee & Baileys and an Orange Juice and Champaign.
8:30 finish opening gifts- help get breakfast ready and tip back my third coffee & Baileys.
9:15 eat breakfast & put back maybe another Coffee & Baileys.
10:30 take a nap.
Eat and drink the rest of the day!
Saturday Workout
Was tough getting to gym today from Fridays workout could hardly walk.
Part A1 Low incline DB Press-6-9 x 4 reps with 25lbs each hand (10, 9,9,9)60 second rest
Part A2 Negative Chin-ups palms facing 3-5 reps-5 sec to lower x 4 sets (7, 6,5,5) 60 second rest.
Part B1 Push-ups, AMRAP x 4 sets (8, 10, 9, 8) 60 second rest
Part B2 Purple Band Assisted Chin-up-palms away, AMRAP x 4 sets (6, 5, 4,4) 60 second rest.
This was my second time around with this workout and really improved from last one. Yeh! super pumped about it.
