disappointed...too much relaxation in the past few day's. Time to go hard again.

Shoulders are very sore however the strenght is getting better.

Not a lot of cheats in bad food but a lot of volume in good food.

Food: Yesterday I was sick all day with some kind of stomach bug...I tried to eat some toast without success.

WOD: None.

Thoughts: Sometimes, I just have to accept the things that are out of my control (i.e. being sick). I'll get back to working out tomorrow.
