Work out @ home today
20 min. on treadmill. Incline on 10 ( highest it will go), speed on 4 ( brisk walk-slow jog), distance travelled= 1.35 miles.

Box Jumps did me in. Looking forward to a day off. My body is screaming.
No workout day (M,W,F)however, after vacuuming,mopping,dusting,wrapping,etc, etc it feels like a workout.
Yesterday Food Journal:
morning smoothie, yogurt,protein,greens,almond butter,ground flax,few berries.
Lunch (11:30) left over salad,piece of steak, piece of chicken.
5:30 stole a few of Gino's almonds
6:30 omelet with green peppers,mushrooms,onions
My cheat: had a holiday london fog from second cup.
Thoughts: when I am busy I do not eat so I need to focus on this especially at home. Before I know it it is 3pm and I still haven't eaten. That will be a goal for me with this time off.
WOD- Dec 24th
Bench press-35lbs -4 reps -15,13,12,10
Squad - 12reps @ 15lbs per hand * 4 times
Forward lunges - 8 reps per leg with 15lbs per hand
Deadlift - 45 lbs @ 10 reps(4 times)

Dinner - Pasta & Tofu turkey..hehe...vegetarian visit at a family

Thoughts: No alcohol today...glad...feeling guilty of eating cheesecake but didnt wanna be rude....

WOD: last minute shopping, I'm afraid
Yesterday's food:
B: multigrain toast, butter, boiled egg
S: 1/2 ElevateMe bar
L: chicken, salad, vinaigrette
S: 1/2 ElevateMe bar
D: Manna bread, egg, butter, raspberries
S: 2 glasses of wine, 4 shooters
CHEATS: alcohol - does that count as 1 or 6 cheats?
Thoughts: I didn't think today...I shopped.
No workout today.
Slept in until 10am, it was amazing!
breakfast 10:30 - garden omelette (filled with peppers, banana peppers, mushrooms, onions, spinach and cheese on top), green tea
snack 2:30 - banana and a green tea (kind of weak but i wasn't home)
supper 5:30 - grilled chicken sandwich and a bag of carrots
snack 7:30 - went to a friends place but i was super good, stuffed mushrooms caps (these are easy and healthy i love them), meatballs, cheese, veggies.
snack 10:00 - stuffed mushrooms, veggies, brownie, 1 sugar cookie, and a piece of pumpkin pie.
3 cheats today.
Hard to stop and eat all the time when necessary but i did try.

1/2 cup coffee
oatmeal,nuts,cinnamon
2 boiled eggs
snack: brocolli,cauliflower
Lunch: chicken w/roasted red pepper
cheddar cheeze
snack: apple,2 butter tarts( 2 cheats)
dinner: homemade cheeze pizza ( cheat ?)
frozen strawberry/blueberry/bannana&
pineapple juice shake.
Snack: popcorn and 2 chocolates( 2 cheats)
