This was brutal!!!!!
The body wasn't into this one today, but the mind persevered!!!
Yesterday:
Late breakfast: 1 spolumbos sausage, 1 pear, I banana, 3 tbsp nut butter
No snack:
Lunch: 2 egg salad sandwiches (used kale instead of bread), 2 cups salad w/avocado
No snack: >:o{
Late Dinner: 3 slices of ham, 3 cups spinach salad, 1/2 avocado
Late snack: 1 banana, 1 pear, nut butter, 2 ribs
No real cheats except for the skipped snacks.
Food Journal:
breakfast 1/2 spolumbo sausage
No lunch
No snack
Supper 5PM - stir fried peppers,mushrooms,spolumbo spicy chicken, herbs with some wild rice pasta.
Cheats: glass of wine, 4 chocolates, 2 glasses eggnog, popcorn.

No work out today as it is Christmas Day and all but am planning on doing my Friday workout tomorrow.
No workout today.
Breakfast: pear,oatmeal w/nuts and cinnamon
2 boiled eggs 1/2 cup coffee
snack: brocolli, cauliflower
lunch: deli chicken and cheddar cheese, club soda
snack: none
Dinner: here is where I lost control
turkey(of coarse),sweet potato pie,dressing,pea's,gravy, regular potato's,
1 can of beer w/clamato juice, pumpkin pie w/whipped cream,2 butter tart's
snack: none, I promise.
CHEATS: 4 or 5, I'm not sure

Total Cheat - 3 i think (Drinks & cheesecake & spring roll)
No WOD today, slept in until 1030am again, totally awesome!

B- gluten free apple cinamon pancakes (2) with very little real maple syrup (2 tbsp - maybe) and 3 beef sausages
snack - pear and green tea
L - deli chicken and carrots
snack - popcorn and a coke
S - chicken breasts stuff with mushrooms, asparagus, spinach and cheese, griled vegetables and garlic mushrooms
snack - green tea and a pear
Cheats - 3 (i am counting the popcorn as 2 since it was movie theatre popcorn and i ate a lot of it)
