When is Boxing Day?
In Britain, Boxing Day is usually celebrated on the following day after Christmas Day, which is 26 December. However, strictly speaking, Boxing Day is the first weekday after Christmas (see definition in the Oxford English Dictionary).

3 sets DB walking lunges , 8 reps per leg using 50 pound DB's

This was not very good - maybe to many cheats and 2 days off. Goal for the row was 5+ min.
Christmas Day Eats:
5:30am coffee
6:30am coffee
10:30 eggs,bacon
1:30 snack mandarin orange,popcorn
6:00pm super:turkey,smashed cauliflour&potatoe,carrots, stuffing(sprouted grain bread)gravy,carrots.
8:00pm cranberry christmas pudding with vanilla yogurt.
Cheats:A few however I tried to make healthier stuffing and they say red wine has antioxidants and some other stuff that is okay for you. I Am trying to justify some of my cheats. How am I doing?
WOD:
As many rounds as possible in 20 mins of:
-5 push press (15 lbs/hand)
-5 kneeling push-ups
-5 DB rows right/left (20 lbs/hand)
Rounds in 20 mins = 15
Food for Dec. 25:
-coffee, milk
-toast, butter, egg
-Manna bread & butter
-few pieces Toblerone bar
-turkey, potatoes, gravy, veggies, beer, wine, 2 squares, coffee. Note - I was sick after.
Thoughts:
I've had to throw away some organic veggies gone bad. I was disappointed and realized that I keep things unnecessarily, trying to extend their life...get more for my dollar. In doing so, I end up wasting food and wearing clothes I wore in high school, etc. Fresh food and its consumption is like being present...appreciating and utilizing what's around you, and not worrying (trusting) what's around the corner. I realize this behaviour (from my vegetables to the rest of life) has caused me to previously stagnate. Going forward, I will openly accept the natural flow of things (food, possesssions, friendships, beliefs) to make room for "tbd".
No WOD today again, such a slacker but also dreading my 8 hour shift at the mall today! It think it shoudl count as a workout, have you seen the people that go to the mall today, they are crazy and for those that are boxing day shoppers i apologize now if this offends but seriously boxing day shoppers are insane!
Food Journal
B - boiled egg, oatmeal with almond butter and cinamon, green tea
L - roast beef sandwich, and lots of water almost had a sugar cookie ALMOST (but Renee the sweetie that she is told me NO, love that girl)
S - tuna wrap and carrots and a coffee,
No snacks today becuase of working and only being able to leave the till to go pee, which i did twice and managed to drink lots of water when i went.
Tomorrow workout is necessary, starting to feel sore from not working out! Argh!

S - Half cup rice w chicken in sauce

Thoughts- i think i hate visiting families now coz all they do is force u to eat and eat....
