Replace TRY with I did that, I'll do that next time.

Friday Workout

5 Rounds for Time
20 box jumps - 14inch
6 Push Up Burpees
Rest 2 mins in btn rounds

Times: 13 mins from 15mins last record

Friday workout:

-Butt-kicking warm-up :)

4 sets of:
A1. Bench Press 50 lbs. (Reps = 8,6,6,8)
*Lowered weight to 45lbs after set 1
A2. Purple Chin-Ups (Reps = 9.5, 5, 6, 4.5)


4 sets of:
-Row sprint 1 min
Distance = 249m, 244m, 232m, 244m,
-Rest 1 min

I'm happy I finished, but was disappointed with my results today. (hmm...maybe it was the wine I drank last night...)

Fridays Workout- sore from playoff vball the night before.
For time= 8:00.5
50 squats
100 walking lunges
50 squats

After did 100 anchored situps.

Legs are really sore today (saturday)
