second last wod before surgery and it was a gooder.
3 rounds for time
500m sprint row.
15 db swings - 30lbs
rest two minutes in between rounds.
time 12:31 added 11seconds compared to last time but this is the first time i have gotten ill. i am now in a vegetative state.
