Overall felt some progress after a week off. My Press felt stronger??? Maybe a mental think??

Brutual time for me, i am still feeling the pain from Tuesday in my shoulders, the kettleby felt like it weighed a thousand pounds.

Felt good, last set the pain started in my neck, I had a good 2 left in the tank.
