Little ashamed this morning which i used a motivation for todays workout.

Yesterday was Fran. I got half way through and quit. Yes, as i said i felt shame. Almost cried to myself. I had work straight and forgot the time, leaving myself with no fuel in the tank. This and the fact i was actually worried about this before i even started was enough to shut my body off.

I came back this afternoon with Kael and stood up to Fran. Kael stopped me after 12 reps to start, so i stopped and got him settled into the gym and explain that i was not going to be able to help for a bit.

I then focused and took off, once all reps were done, 4:45 was the time. Not i have to be honest, i am having a hard time beleiving that this time is correct. I am skeptically of it because while i was doing wall balls before, my wrist actually flexed far enough to turn my stop watch off. My best Fran time is 5:05, and i felt i flew through everything. Today i had to take very short breaks, but i really am not going to worry about the time. I am going to focus more on the fact that i got beat down and came back to table for another go.

I worked out last night or early in the morning Calgary tme. 8:45 pm in India Feb 13th-
Did a warm-up row 1000 meters
WOD for time- 3:52 and would have been better, but the plastic box I was using to do my jumping chin-ups moved and I had to fix.
21 DB thursters with 10Kg per hand( a bit heavy I think)
50 jumping chin-ups
15DB thusters 10kg per hand
30 jumping chin-ups
9 DB thrusters
20 jumping chin-ups

It was a tough workout as since my Wednesday workout I had been sick. Sick again this am been up since 3 am.
Last day in the store so I am excited.

I didnt have my rest time allocated on my WOD but i just could not get off the floor after 2000row.

Took the day off work and just went for a walk and sat by the pool- feeling better today!

WOD-
A1- DB Press (10-15 reps x 4 sets) rest 45 seconds 10 KG per hand-14,13, 12,12
A2- DB Swing (12-15 reps x4 sets)rest 45 seconds 17.5 KG-15,15,15,15
A3- Hanging Knee raises AMRA x 4 sets-10,10,10,10
A4- One arm DB Row (10-12 per arm x 4 Sets)-12.5 kg RL, 12, 12, 12,12

did a 1000 meter row to warm-up and get my body moving. Felt good.

2 More days in Chennai and then will be making my way home. Excited to get back!

Tif reporting live from India Feb 16 at 7:41 pm- my second last workout here as I head out tomorrow night at 10 pm.

WOD- tough one, but was my best time 10:16
750 meter sprint row- had my fastest time 4:02 :) happy!

Felt better today as I am very selective of what I eat. One more workout before I leave tomorrow. Excited to get back and enjoyed talking to Todd tonight needed to hear his voice! Surprised him at 5 am. HEHE

Got almost 5 rounds.Was on my 5th PUB when my timer went off.
Little disappointed, goal was to get 5 rounds.Will push harder in the next round.
