Stuffed Chicken Breast
Here is a quick and tasty protein recipe. These
can be made ahead of time and they are
portable for lunches and snacks. As far as the
seasonings, experiment with your favorite fresh
herbs and spices. I used garlic powder, oregano,
and thyme for this batch.
Time: 12 minutes prep, 30 minutes cooking
• large boneless, skinless chicken breasts
• 1-2 Tbsp tahini per chicken breast
• chopped tomato
• shredded spinach
• seasonings to taste
With a sharp fillet knife, slice the chicken breasts
lengthwise, making a pocket to stuff. Spread
the tahini in each chicken pocket. Fill with the
spinach and tomato, or other veggies of your
choice. Add any seasonings, close the chicken
breast, and place in a baking dish. Bake in the
oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Zone Blocks: 1 oz chicken = 1 block protein, 1
Tbsp tahini = 5 blocks fat, carb content minimal

Not sure how i feel about working out at 530am but i will see how the day goes for me. Thanks for the push on my front bridges Gino, i need some more practice though.

This was a very tough workout as feel super sick and no energy so I am happy with it. I can tell I hadn't worked out in one week since I got back from India.

Squat Cleans took almost 9 min.
Felt really good going into this. I hadn't eaten for 6hrs so the gut was super empty. It may have been too long as I gassed on the squat cleans.

WOW this made me look silly. Got one full round of Ring Dips then the Dips became hold on and don't fall on my face dips.
