What a gong show at the gym tonight. Opening day today so a bit tired and still feeling ill.
WOD-
Did a 2000 meter row as gym was packed time 8:42
Then I finally got space to do this workout. Did I get lots of questions. HEHE
For time 3:46 so 10 seconds slower and I would put that to guy jumping on chin-up bar.
21 DB Thrusters with 20lbs per hand- used 10KG they said it was 20lbs.
50-jumping chin-ups
15 DB thrusters 20 lbs
30 jumping chin-ups
9 DB thrusters
20 jumping chin-ups.
I will stick to my morning workout as no one is there.

Took a week off and paid for it. Good eye openner regarding fuel intake. Met my bests from previous rounds, but no progression. Unfortunately, no time in Vegas for workouts...Hahahahah!!!! Just a slacker, that is all. I have apologized to my muscles.

Really felt it in my legs as I don't think 12 hours was enough time to recover from last workout. Mornings are way better at the gym less people.

For time- 10:26 and previous time was 10:34 I could have been faster but walking lunges I could only do 5 at a time and then turn and go back.
