6 Box Jumps - 24"/20" - jump up/step down
6 DB Swings - make it easy
6 Walking Lunges

Does anyone besides Lisa workout anymore?
Mike, Arti and Judy have also worked out with me, just not posting. I think some people are still having issues posting. I know i had to fight with the blog for a while before it would let me post.

average 2:04/500m
I finished my first 1000m in 4mins flat, had to slow down the second half. Pretty happy with that!
