Wednesday WOD: Day 14 Cleanse (only 1 week left)

A1. Close Grip Bench press, 3-5reps x 4sets, 90sec
95-5/115-5/120-4/125-3
A2. Kipping Chinups, 15 x 4sets, 90sec
B1. Low Incline DB pres, 6-9reps x 3sets, 60sec
25#-9/35#-9/45#-7 (per hand)
B2. Toes to Bar, 10reps x 3sets, 10sec
B3. GHD Sit-ups, 15reps x 3sets, 60sec

Felt really good today, just don't have the strength. Not that i had much before cleanse :)

Looking forward to last week of cleanse. Some pretty tasty sounding dishes to create. I know i sound like i should be on Food Network, but i have learned alot. Not only about the body, but lots in the kitchen too.

c. kbs - 16kg 10 reps 5 sets (used 12kg for the first bit)


down 13lbs now! excited to see what happens next week.

A1. Back Squat @ 30X1, 6-8reps x 5sets, 120sec
A2. Bench Press @ 30x1, 6-8reps x 5sets, 120sec

A1. 45/65/75/85/95 (all 8 reps)
A2. 45/55/60/65/70(7)

B. Split Squats @ 30x0, 8/leg @ BWT x 3 sets, 4 sec b/t legs - back leg on 14" box
I didn't use any weight because my coordination on these are terrible. Practiced my technique the whole 3 sets, next wednesday hopefully i can add 5lbs to it.

Thank Todd for lending me your shoes, total life saver!

Had good energy today. feeling well. got a good sleep last night.

Felt very good this morning. (sunday apr 24)
Went for a 30min slow jog. Killed me for the rest of the day. Felt great when i finished, but 2hours later was a zombie. Damn me for trying to do something extra.
