Wednesday
A. Power Snatch, 3-3-3-3-3, 180 sec
B. Back Squat, 3-2-1-1-1, 180 sec
C. Box Jumps - 1 "scary" rep every 30 sec for 10 minutes - add plates to boxes to make a challenging height.

Apparently at first what looks scary isn't so much. I just kept adding plates, when i was done it was 49" max.

C. is quite fun to complete.

(I hate jumps, happy with my results)

a power snatch
55# whole way through couldn't even get 60# not impressed
b back squat
65/85/105/125/145(PB)
c box jumps.
started at 14" + one place
best 20" + 2 10# plates (3")
ended with 20" and 15# plate

its a total mental game all three of us back there kept yelling at our selves. but considering when i started even at world health i couldnt jump 10" i'm happy with the progress.

A Power snatch - 42-52-58-58-63 (PB)
B Back squat 60-65-70-80-95 (PB)
C Scary box jumps - I am a chicken but managed 24 + 2"plate (actual measurement 23 + 2)

80 push ups - to date 160 only 140 to go.

Have progressed on box jumps a bit, when started could not do 14" box jump. Mental workout for sure.
