I found the higher the weight the worse my technique, need to practice this movement more in my warm ups.
B. Walking Lunges 20 reps x 4 sets, 90sec rest

near the 15minute mark arti and i did 10 normal strokes then 5 hard seemed to go well. as well i did not look at my timer at all and i think it helped.

push ups: 50 ( need to catch up)
