Friday WOD

As many rounds as possible in 30 mins:
100 Jump Rope
10 Push-ups
2/arm unbroken TGU - pick a challenging weight

Rounds - 9& 100skips

7 rounds + 100 jump rope

TGU - 15lbs first 3 rounds then dropped to 10lbs
pushups - first 2 rounds to 15# plate then added a 10# plate for remaining 5 rounds.
