A. Power Clean, 1 x 10 sets, 60 sec - use the same weight for all 10 sets...make it tough.
B. Split Jerk, 5-5-5, 180 sec
C. GHD Sit-ups, AMRAP in 2 min

Did much better looking split jerks this go around. Todd we want to see some big numbers here tomorrow.
