Jessica helped me with the split jerk movement. This was new to me. Jess said it looked good I need to remember full extention.I did a small W/O after of 400m rows and push ups. It was a good day...

Press: 50/55/60 * i'm an idiot and thought it was push press...oops!

Push Jerk: 45/50/55

Split Jerk: 45/50/55 * never done this before so I started light. Probably could have done heavier for the 1 rep.

Mike supervising my workout, which figured out what might be wrong with me......We have officially found the problem to be that I am WEAK!!!

Press: 2-95#, 0-100#, 0-100#

Split Jerk: 3-125#, 2-130#, 1-135#, 1-140#

They are long, but weak arms and now dead arms.

Arms are done...Glad tried heavier weights, little frustrated for 95# i got it half way and then gravity pulled harder so down came the bar...

In case you are confused, Mike is referring to Crossfit and not Lenbeth when he suggests you do not do any extra work.

SJ not really sure how many i did but i was just practicing with 45# bar movement is not normal for me.
i think it was about 5 reps 5 sets.
