Can't we just avoid both?"




A. Split Jerk, 3-3-3, 120 sec
B1. Bench Press, 4-7 reps x 5 sets, 120 sec
B2. DB Walking Lunges, 8/leg x 5 sets, 120 sec
C. Tabata Anchored Sit-ups


Complete A, then complete B1 and B2 together, then complete C.

B.2 Lunges - 8/8 @15 for 5 sets
C. Sit ups - 14/14/13/12/12/11/11/11

Almost blew chunks in the sit ups (first time ever feeling like that)

I am ok with this especially the split jerk.

i am a giant pile of mush, but good mush.
a. 45#, 22#, 22# (my wrist was killing me as well as my knee so i really just focused on form)

b2. 15# the whole time.
