Bridging the Gap


Goal: As a group, row 120,000m in August.

We need: 30,000m/week.

To date, we have collectively rowed 16,000m.

Allison is on vacation and Todd has one foot in the grave.

Who will bridge the gap?

1min row - (did a little over a min so i could to 2000m and then while waiting for Judy to finish, did another 500m)

Total: 2500m (its up on the chart)

A2. AMRAP push-ups, 12/12/10
B1. DB hang squat clean 10/15#,10/20#,10/20#
B2. GHD sit-ups 25/25/25
C. DB Back Ext. 8.8x3sets
8@15#,10sec rest,8@10# x 3sets.
Good work out and on my way on the rowing challenge. Plan is to row 1000m each weekday = 15000. Come on everyone only 5min of your day -GET ROWING.

Okay that does it. Rowed 4500m today just so I could reach 10,000m goal.

Total for day was 5000m. Going home now then back to my original plan of 1000m/workday.

Tif Tuesday WOD-
Warm-up rowed 500 meters, skipped for 2 minutes and did the regular warmup and then practice handstand push-ups.

Lower bar back squat- 3,3,3,1,1,1
125, 135, 145, 155, 165, 170 this last one was hard.
Weighted chin-ups away facing 10lbs- 3,3,3,1,1,1

Kipping practice- gino helped me with my form a bit and seems to be getting better. Thanks Gino.

And you crayz rowers on the weekend. Nice job. HEHE
