Well its been a long time since I have been on here, but I am refocused and ready to go. Today kicked my ass big time and had to bring the garbage can over in the middle of it in case I got sick.

WOD- split jerk 3-3-3 90% good reps
(75lbs, 85lbs, 95lbs)

3 rounds for time: 12:26
12 power snatch 75lbs. Last set I was in a grove and would do 4 at a time and really got under the bar.
12 push-up burpees-suck balls always.
12 box jumps 24"

I know next time will be way better and won't feel as bad.

WOD July 22-
Power Clean 3-3-3-3 (100, 100, 105, 110)
Bench press 4-6 reps x 4 sets (95-6, 95-6, 100-6, 105-4)
Purple Band Dead lifts 5-5-3-3 (135lbs-5, 135-5, 145-3, 145-3)
GHD Raise Practise- 15 of them.


Can I row for Todd since he is sick. If so I rowed 500 mters today. HEHE
