B1. Push Press @ 31X1, 4-6 reps x 3 sets, 90 sec
B2. Chin-ups, 3-5 tough reps - any style x 3 sets, 90 sec
C. KBS - 24kg/16kg, AMRAP in 5 minutes

Post loads for A & B. Post reps for Part C.

Felt good today. Bike to work day, so i biked to work. Bike home is downhill most of the way thank goodness.

3hour bike ride in Fish Creek. Nice and muddy!!

Sunday Excerise:
1.5hour bike ride in Tuscany Ravine. Finished ride with Uphill climb. :) Good Times.
