Monday WOD:

Time: 24:09

Not sure if i was just super weak today, but 90% of my 1RM Press was quite heavy all the way through. I only got 4 reps of the Press completely locked out. Could only do one at a time, no multiple reps. Locked out all the others but, only could complete max 2 in a row.

Since there was no workout posted when i wanted to work out, I got Bill to perscribe one for me:
