Rounds: 20 + 6 Wall Balls

After 3rd round looked a clock and thought, "are you kidding me!!!!" as it wasn't moving as fast as i would have thought. Thought there was no way i would complete 20mins. Just kept moving, if you stop it is that much harder to continue.

Todd is right you just have to keep moving, breaks will kill you on this workout.

situps (was sure if it was anchored or not, did anchored)

Just felt bad this morning and decided i should hit the mat after eating pizza and a couple beers at Kael's friends birthday party. Feels good being done.
