what if you can't do double unders??
regular skips! Thats what I will be doing...otherwise my # will be ZERO!

If you can one or two, do your best throughout the 5 minutes. Give it your all; even if you only get a few.
If you have never done 1 double under, then do singles.
If you opt to attempt the double unders for the 5 minutes, stay composed. It can get frustrating, but you will be better for it in the long run!
No shame in going to singles; but doubles are better.

Tif's Friday WOD
3 Round each timed 3:03, 2:54, 3:15
35 double unders, 10 24" box jumps, 15 russian KBS 32kg, 30 squats. The toughest part was the russina kbs wow it was hard and so sore today.
Saturday WOD- 5 rounds for time 12:41-could of been better but hard to catch the 20 lbs ball.
5 Handstand pushups to 55 lbs plates
10 20lbs wall balls to 9 foot line
15 GHD situps.
Was a good workout today. Could have been better as previously mentioned, but ok with it.

Did not count single skips trying to do my double unders. Now I understand what Darren was telling me about wasting energy with single skips. First time doing 20" box jumps.
