Chose to do my program workout today but as I had deadlifts and Arti was doing hers - part of my warm up was the max deadlift of the posted workout. Excellent work Arti.

just did my work out, i have been off for a while and some days it is a challenge enough for me to get back there so i think i will stick with the perscribed wods and add in the daily ones as time goes.
