B1. Bench Press, 3-5 reps x 5 sets, 120 sec
B2. DB Walking Lunges, 8/leg x 5 sets, 120 sec - if you make the 8 reps/leg....ADD MORE WEIGHT
C. 50 Push-up Burpees for time
